‘’Selected Text’’ ribbon group

Icon	Command	Description
	Format	Format selected block of text.
	Read File	Import the content of external file. First set the cursor at the position where you want to import the text, then click on the command and select from which file the content should be imported.
	Write to File	First select a text and then use this command if you want to write the selection into new file.
	Line Duplicate	Duplicate the current active text line. It is recommended to use the keyboard shortcuts if you are using this feature often.
	Generate Column	Generate automatically a text column. To use this feature, first it is required to make a block selection by using the ALT key. Please refer to Generate text block columns in case you want to learn more about this feature.
	Sets to Comment	Set marked (selected) text to comment. It is recommended to use the keyboard shortcuts if you are using this feature often.

	All	Select all content from active text document.
	Line	Select line at current position of cursor.
	Word	Select word at current position of cursor.
	Word	Select word at current position of cursor.
	to Begin of File	Select to begin of file from the current position of cursor.
	to End of File	Select to end of file from the current position of cursor.
	Set Begin of Selection	Set the current position of cursor to begin of selection.
	Set End of Selection	Set the current position of cursor to begin of selection.

Icon	Command	Description
	Selection	Delete the current position of cursor to begin of selection.
	Line	Delete line at current position of cursor.
	Word	Delete word at current position of cursor.
	to Begin of File	Delete all to begin of file from the current position of cursor.
	to End of File	Delete all to end of file from the current position of cursor.
	URS-Ids	Delete all URS-Ids.
