Import Support Reactions#
Imports support reactions as loads from an existing analysis database into the drawing (CDB in DWG).
The support reactions from another database are imported as free point loads into the current database.
Areas from where the support reactions are to be read cannot be defined and they cannot be given creep or shrinkage factors. However a factor and an offset can be given with which the loads are to be inserted.
A detailed description of the input possibilities can be found in the chapter ‘COPY – Loads from Other Sources’ of the manual SOFiLOAD.
Select the database for import and the associated loadcases, then select a destination loadcase for the information to be
imported into. Only loads or moments that are saved in the target database can be imported into the current database and
worked on. Using the option
Factor for Loads, a multiplication factor can be applied to the imported loadcases.
