Section View#

This command supports you with generating section views for inclined obejcts, for example to a surface area.

  1. Click BiMTOOLS tab > View panel > section_view_16 (Section View).

  2. Pick the following three elements to generate the section view:

    • The component, you would like to see in the section.

    • A planar surface of the selected component. The section view will be created parallel to this surface.

    • Any component edge, which is not perpendicular to the selected surface. The selected edge defines the horizontal alignment of the view.
