After export, calculation and design, data will be available for reading by the SOFiSTiK program Graphic at the position of the drawn cuts.

To create a cut line the two endpoints of the line are picked or an AutoCAD line is selected. During the export the cut line is written directly into the database. From there it can be used by the SOFiSTiK program Graphic.

In the SOFiSTiK program Graphic it is possible to view e.g. internal forces, stresses, displacements etc. at the locations of the drawn cut lines. Cut lines exported from SOFiPLUS are displayed as an area whose plane is defined by the drawn base line and an elevation direction. The elevation direction is indicated by a small arrow in SOFiPLUS(-X) and can be changed with the Align Elements command.

To control the visibility in SOFiSTiK program Graphic, the cut lines can receive group numbers.
