Tooltip	Modifies loads not explicitly associated with any element.
Sidebar	Loads

Creates or modifies a volume load which is not associated with any particular element and can therefore be freely placed at any location.

With the input of a volume load a selection of multiple element groups can be simultaneously loaded. Upon import, a volume load for each loaded group will be imported. The implemented load is interpreted as a fluid pressure with an initial value and a corresponding pressure increase in a given direction.

Explanation of the values in the dialog:

• P = Loadvalue at the point, the load is placed in the drawing

• I = Increment

• Dir = Increment direction

The input of volume loads is only available in a 3D system. A detailed description of these properties can be found in the chapter ‘VOLU – Volume Loading’ of the manual SOFiLOAD.
