SAF - Structural Analysis Format

  • Improved handling of area edges to suppress the error message “Failure exporting data to excel file: Index was outside the bounds of the array”. (241783)

Cross Sections and Materials#

Bugfix

  • The results of the shear cuts were incorrect for solid sections if the width of the equivalent hollow section Bmax was smaller than the width of the web and greater than half the width of the web. (238495)

  • Input of default value “0.0” for concrete material parameter FEQR and FEQT should not lead to a warning. (239517)

  • The option to shift the offset of all cross section ordinates to the elastic center (“SECT … YM S ZM S”) did not work.

  • SSD: Incorrect upgrade of materials from the previous version 2024 if only one material was present in the project. (241487)

Combinations and Superpositions#

Bugfix

  • MAXIMA Issue with defined resultant load case numbers for several RSET superpositions fixed. (232143)

Shear Wall Design#

Bugfix

  • Fixed an issue with the Cross Section plot in the report of Capacity Checks for Building Cores, where the section was cropped. (238040)

Design Checks for Composite Cross Sections#

Feature

  • A table documenting the calculation of the reduction factors for shear buckling has been added to the elastic design check using the reduced stress method.

Bugfix

  • The shear stresses in sections containing PANEL and WELD elements with the same ID were not calculated correctly. (240958)

  • Doubled sections at the same postion at the beginning or end of a design elment could lead to infinite calculation runs. (241516)

  • Sometimes, after a COMPOSITE calculation, the stresses of the reinforcement were not displayed. (240958)

  • Local directions of BRIC cut areas could be incorrect if they were generated from more than one cut. (239805)

Bugfix

  • Creep and shrinkage values on haunched quad slabs now depending on individual slab thickness.

  • Creep and shrinkage values without AQB in case of CREP DEFQ -1 corrected.

  • Analysis on manual input CREP PHI corrected for real creep function CTRL CREP CRCE.

General Structural Analysis of FE Structures

Bugfix

  • Time step analysis: now the kinematic energy is calculated and stored for plots, see example ase_nstr_pld_pile_crash.dat (236702)

  • Time step analysis with KF couplings and alpha Methode (STEP…THE 0.7): oscillations prevented. (237711)

  • Strain loads on simple beams manipulated with GRP…FACS corrected for TH3.
